This Privacy Policy explains how CreateX (CreateX.solutions and app.createx.solutions) collects, uses, and safeguards information submitted through our public inquiry forms, audit tools, and multi-tenant cloud dashboard.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when requesting an SEO audit, submitting a contact inquiry, or authenticating into the CreateX Cloud Dashboard (such as name, work email, website URL, and authorized business location records).
3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation & Security
Client organization records in our cloud platform are isolated using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS). Private API credentials and service-role keys are restricted strictly to server environments and are never exposed in browser code.
4. Google Business Profile & Third-Party Integrations
When you authorize a Google Business Profile connection, CreateX accesses only the locations and scopes explicitly granted by your account owner and never deletes or overwrites customer reviews.
