CreateX Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing CreateX.solutions or using the CreateX Cloud Dashboard (app.createx.solutions), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable platform policies, including Google Business Profile guidelines.
2. Legitimate Profile & Review Governance
Users may only connect and manage business locations they are legally authorized to represent. CreateX prohibits keyword stuffing in business names, fake reviews, doorway page generation, and unauthorized automated scraping.
3. Human-in-the-Loop Approval Responsibility
AI-generated review reply drafts and Google Business Profile post drafts are provided as decision-support tools. Authorized staff or client owners are responsible for reviewing and approving content prior to publication.
